Instant Responders are automatic text messages sent to consumers when a business misses a call or receives a text message. They help ensure quick engagement, improving the chances of turning leads into customers.

Instant Responses are sent in two scenarios:

• Missed calls (calls not answered or answered by voicemail)
• Incoming text messages
  In both cases, an automated text message is sent back immediately to the consumer.
  

Yes. The content of Instant Responder messages can be fully configured within the Info & Tools section of the Hibu One Dashboard.

All Instant Response texts appear in the Conversation History within My Inbox. This ensures the business user has a complete view of communications and can easily track which consumers received automated replies.

Yes. Many consumers respond to these automated messages, and their replies are captured in the Contact History within My Inbox, continuing the communication thread seamlessly.

Instant Responders can be turned on or off independently for:

• Missed calls
• Text messages
  These settings are found under Info & Tools in the Hibu One Dashboard.
  

To use Instant Responders, businesses must:

• Opt into Assistant RCF
• Complete A2P Registration
