The Additional Locations product allows businesses with multiple customer-facing physical locations to manage all sites under one unified digital presence. It includes Listings, Reviews, and Reputation Management for each additional (child) location, integrated into the primary Hibu One Smart Site.

No. This product is not appropriate for clients who operate multiple distinct businesses (e.g., a restaurant and a party planning service). All locations must be part of the same business brand and marketed through a single website.

Yes. You must include a Hibu One Smart Site in the package. If a client chooses not to purchase the Smart Site, you cannot add Additional Locations.

Up to 9 child locations can be added per account, for a total of 10 physical locations (1 Primary + 9 Child).

Each child location receives:

• A dedicated Individual Location Page on the website

These locations do not receive:

• Their own separate website

Yes. Shared phone numbers are supported. The system will intelligently display or hide phone details based on device type (desktop, mobile, tablet). The header will include a consistent CTA button like "Find a Location" or "Contact Us" depending on the business type.

That’s also supported. In this case, the header will not display any specific number but will include a customizable CTA button (e.g., “Find an Office”), linking to the LOC CAT Page where users can find contact details by location.

Let your client know:

• Each location should provide an image (storefront, office front, team image, and the like).
• They can optionally provide team info, menus/pricelist (if relevant), and/or gallery images for each location.
• Each location will be showcased individually — improving SEO and user experience.
